You may be finding it difficult to find certainty, during these trying times which is causing you to sink deeper into depression and that creates anxiety.  Your energy may be drained beyond belief.

You find you are withdrawing from people and possibly even life itself.  Managing your career or business in the current circumstances feels like it is too much for you.

Due to all this, it may be a struggle to focus and you feel fatigued most of the day.  It takes a lot of hard work for you to concentrate.  To add to all of this, including the current pandemic, you fear losing your job and feel insecure.  The repercussion of this to work harder in order to keep your job, which is also exhausting.

If only, in these uncertain times, you could find some certainty. Unanswered questions such as:

  • What does the future hold you ask yourself?
  • What is my purpose?
  • Why am I here?
  • Am I doing the right thing?
  • What is happening in the world and what is going to happen to me and the economy?

These questions, however, continue to go unanswered creating further uncertainty, depression, and anxiety for you.

I was in a situation myself, in a meditation, where I reached such a deep level.  Believe it or not, but answers started coming to me so easily.  After two weeks, my body went into a state that rejected this and blocked it out.  I was baffled and amazed at a reaction I couldn’t control.  The fear of knowing all the answers to my questions was scarier than the uncertainty.

I realised moments after this happened that my challenges and life’s journey would no longer exist if I had answers to all my questions about life.  It was in this moment of realisation that I could accept uncertainty.  Living in the present moment, the now is all that matters.

You can have a better life

When you focus only on the now and what it is you would like to have for yourself, life does improve.  Much more than you can imagine is available to you, whether it is…… that amazing job you love to go to, running a successful business, having time for family and friends, keeping healthy and fit, and having that inner peace and happiness for a happier, better life.

Don’t be left behind and come into the middle of 2021 saying I should have done this or should have done that.  Regrets only make you frustrated and make you beat yourself up for not taking action.  This only makes your life harder and can make you feel like you have to start at the beginning as everyone is way ahead of you.
