The law of consciousness states: ‘We are only subject to what we hold in mind’
Are you aware that the body obeys the mind? Therefore you manifest through your body, what you believe in your mind. The subconscious part of the brain does not know the difference between a positive and negative belief.

It will be manifested by people who have suppressed and compounded over many years: guilt, fear, tired and needing time out, feeling vulnerable, confusion and chaos inside of you, or carrying heavy burdens.
The body is instructed by the mind, which carries the belief that colds are caused contageously, or by sitting out in the cold air. In the UK and other colder countries, people are exposed to the cold frequently. This means that they should have a cold frequently, according to such belief systems.
If you have let go of the underlying beliefs, or emotions of guilt, fear, confusion or those mentioned above, you will not have a fearful mind.
These are the underlying reasons behind the disease. The programs or belief systems of the subconscious mind (within the brain) are brought about by suppressed and compounded emotions within the nervous system.
Anxiety And Depression
Depression, anxiety, hurt, anger or a lack of purpose, can cause you to feel stuck, reactive, fearing the unknown, constant worry, and stress. Your energy is low, and your mind is busy. This means the analytical/ego mind has taken over and your self-worth drops.
However, they don’t necessarily understand what you are going through. This causes you to withdraw from people, from society too, that you will lock yourself in a room so you can sleep it all away.

People at all levels have much self-doubt, anger, hurt, and experience sadness, depression, and anxiety.
